License Information

Understanding your GOLDENEDGE AI license

License Types

Single Account License

Allows installation and use on one trading account. The license is tied to your account number and cannot be transferred to another account.

  • One trading account
  • Unlimited installations on your devices
  • Updates during pack validity (within same account)
  • Email support

Multi-Account License

Allows use on multiple trading accounts (up to 5 accounts). Each account requires separate license activation.

  • Up to 5 trading accounts
  • Unlimited installations
  • Updates during pack validity
  • Priority email support

License Activation

  1. After purchase, you will receive a unique license key via email
  2. Install the EA on your MetaTrader platform (see Installation Guide)
  3. Open the EA settings and enter your license key
  4. The EA will automatically validate and activate your license
  5. Your license is tied to your trading account number

License Restrictions

Important: Your license is subject to the following restrictions:

  • License is non-transferable between different trading accounts
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your license is prohibited
  • Reverse engineering or modifying the EA code is not allowed
  • Using the license on accounts not specified in your purchase is prohibited
  • Each license is valid for one account only (unless multi-account license)

License Validity

Pack Validity

Your GOLDENEDGE AI license is valid for the duration of the pack you purchased. Validity is tied to your pack period, not the lifetime of your account. Updates and support are included for the validity period of your pack.

Updates Included

All software updates, bug fixes, and improvements are included with your license for the validity period of your pack at no additional cost. You will be notified via email when updates are available.

Account Changes

Changing Brokers

If you change brokers and open a new trading account, you will need to purchase a new license for the new account. The license is tied to your account number, not your personal information.

Prop Firm Accounts

If you're using the EA on a prop firm account (e.g., FTMO, MyForexFunds), each account requires its own license. Challenge accounts and funded accounts are considered separate accounts.

License Transfer

License transfers are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as account closure by broker), we may consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

License Verification

The EA automatically verifies your license when it starts. The verification process:

  • Checks license key validity
  • Verifies account number match
  • Confirms license is not expired or revoked
  • Validates license type and restrictions

If verification fails, check the "Experts" tab in MetaTrader for error messages and contact support if needed.

Lost License Key

If you lose your license key, contact support with your purchase email address and account information. We can resend your license key or help you recover it.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, license purchases are generally final. However, refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The software is proven to be non-functional due to technical issues on our end
  • You have not used the license key
  • The request is made within the refund period
